Doctuo is intended exclusively for informational purposes. The content of Doctuo (including health responses) should not replace professional medical care and diagnosis, and Doctuo does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Acceptance of this document implies that the user:

- That they are a person with sufficient capacity to act.
- That they assume all the obligations set forth here.

Likewise, the user is obligated to:

The registration of the Medical User is free of charge, without prejudice to the possibility that in the future Doctuo may establish a price or remuneration for the service, which will be previously and duly informed to the Medical User before its contracting.
The Medical User declares that all the information provided must be truthful. For these purposes, the Medical User guarantees the authenticity of all the data communicated as a result of filling in the forms on the WEBSITE or modifying or updating contact data. Likewise, it will be the responsibility of the Medical User to keep all the information provided to the WEBSITE permanently updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the Medical User. In any case, the Medical User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate information provided and for the damages caused to Doctuo or third parties.
Users and Medical Users commit to making correct use of the WEBSITE in accordance with current regulations and these Terms and conditions of use, as well as fair and peaceful use of it.
Users and Medical Users may incorporate content, comments, make inquiries or express opinions on the WEBSITE.
Users and Medical Users commit not to publish on the WEBSITE contents that violate the following rules of conduct:
- That are, in any way, contrary to, belittle or infringe upon fundamental rights and public freedoms constitutionally recognized, in international treaties, and in the rest of the current legislation.
- That induce, incite or promote criminal, denigrating, defamatory, infamous, violent actions or, in general, contrary to the law, morals and generally accepted good customs or public order.
- That induce, incite or promote actions, attitudes or thoughts discriminatory on grounds of sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition.

- That are contrary to the right to honor, personal and family privacy or the image of individuals.
- That violate the regulations relating to the secrecy of communications, data protection regulations, intellectual and industrial property or any other applicable regulations.
- That constitute illegal, deceptive or unfair advertising.
- That cause difficulties in the normal functioning of the services due to their characteristics (such as format, extension, etc.).
Doctuo reserves the right to withdraw from the WEBSITE without prior notice, all those contents that, in its opinion, violate these legal terms. Doctuo in no case is responsible for the contents or opinions expressed by Users/Medical Users nor is responsible for the contents or opinions expressed by its users.
5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY FOR SERVICES PROVIDED
Doctuo does not control or guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the services provided by third parties through the WEBSITE that may cause alterations in your computer system (software and hardware) or in the electronic documents and files stored in your computer system.
Doctuo excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the presence of viruses or to the presence of other harmful elements in the services provided by third parties through the portal that may cause alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of users.

Doctuo excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the services provided by third parties through the portal, and in particular, although not exclusively, for the damages and losses that may be due to:
(a) The violation of the law, morality, and generally accepted good customs or public order as a result of the provision of services by third parties through the portal; (b) The infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights, business secrets, contractual commitments of any kind, rights to honor, personal and family privacy and the image of individuals, property rights and all other nature belonging to a third party as a result of the provision of services by third parties through the portal; (c) The lack of truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance and/or timeliness of the contents transmitted, disseminated, stored, received, obtained, made available or accessible through the services provided by third parties through the portal; (d) The inadequacy for any kind of purpose and the defrauding of the expectations generated by the services provided by third parties through the portal or the inadequate provision of the services by third parties; (e) The non-compliance, delay in compliance, defective compliance or termination for any reason of the obligations contracted by third parties and contracts made with third parties; (f) The flaws and defects of all kinds of the services provided by third parties through the portal.
Doctuo is respectful and has the will to comply with the current regulations and also demands compliance with them. 6. CLAIMS PROCEDURE

In particular, in the event that any of the Users or a third party believes that there are facts or circumstances that reveal the improper nature of the use of any Content and/or the carrying out of any activity on the web pages included or accessible through the Platform and/or the App and, in particular, of the violation of intellectual or industrial property rights (patents, industrial models and designs, trademarks and trade names, etc.), the non-fulfillment of the duties and obligations provided in these conditions or the violation of other rights, they must send an email to [email protected] informing Doctuo and containing the following points:

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This website is subject to Spanish legislation and in case of litigation or controversy arising from the use of this website, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona.
